With over 25 years of experience in leadership, coaching, and relationship management, she equips individuals with the tools to build confidence, find career clarity, and cultivate meaningful relationships.
Kara-Sue has developed training programs to effect transformation in managers and employees at organizations such as Harvard Business School and Division Dental.
She holds a BSc from Boston University, an MBA from the University of Miami and a Master of Liberal Arts in Psychology from Harvard University. She combines research-based insights with real-world coaching to help young professionals develop emotional intelligence, build resilience, and make confident life decisions.
