From Overwhelmed to College Ready.

The transformation your teen, and you, will experience.

What You See Now
(The Struggles):

  • They procrastinate, forget deadlines, and need constant reminders to get things done.
  • They avoid making decisions and seem unsure of themselves.
  • They rely on you for motivation and direction.
  • They get easily overwhelmed or shut down when stressed.
  • They hesitate to ask for help or communicate their needs.
  • They overspend or have no real sense of budgeting.
  • They struggle to find their people or fit in socially.
  • They’re disorganized, distracted, and reactive.
  • They lack life skills and still depend on you for basic tasks.
  • They seem lost about their future and question their abilities.

What You’ll See After
(The Transformation):

  • They take ownership of their time and follow through on commitments without being chased.
  • They make confident, thoughtful choices, academically, socially, and personally.
  • They’re driven from within, setting goals and staying focused on what matters most.
  • They’ve learned healthy coping skills to manage stress, bounce back, and stay grounded.
  • They self-advocate confidently with professors, peers, and mentors.
  • They make smart financial choices and understand how to manage money responsibly.
  • They build meaningful friendships and create a strong sense of belonging wherever they go.
  • They’re focused, organized, and proactive about their responsibilities.
  • They handle daily life — laundry, meals, scheduling — with independence and maturity.
  • They’re clear on their strengths, direction, and purpose, ready to thrive in this next chapter.

The Good News?

You don’t have to wait for college to start to help your teen get ready.

There are powerful, practical things you can begin doing right now to help your teen grow into the confident, responsible, and independent young adult you want to send out into the world.

In this free webinar, I’ll walk you through three critical steps every parent can take to start preparing their teen for the realities of college life — emotionally, socially, and practically.

You’ll learn exactly how to shift from doing everything for them to empowering them to do it for themselves — so by the time move-in day arrives, both you and your teen feel ready for this next chapter.

💡 Who This Webinar Is For

This training is for you if…

  • You have a high school junior, senior, or recent graduate getting ready to leave for college — and you’re starting to realize just how close “real life” is.
  • You’re proud of your teen but secretly wonder if they’re truly ready to handle the stress, structure, and independence college requires.
  • You feel caught between wanting to help and needing to let go — and you’re unsure how to make that transition without constant conflict or worry.
  • You’ve noticed habits like procrastination, disorganization, or emotional ups and downs — and wish you knew how to guide them toward more maturity and accountability.
  • You want your teen to thrive, not just survive, in college — academically, emotionally, and socially.
  • And most of all… you want to feel confident that you’ve done everything you can to prepare them for this next chapter — while also preparing yourself to step back and let them soar.

What Students Are Saying...

"...She is a great mentor to me and anyone she helps..."

Transitioning from high school to college for me was rough initially, as there were just so many challenges thrown my way in all aspects of life. However, Kara-Sue greatly helped me navigate through these challenges. Her insightful advice along with her kindness greatly helped me settle in and feel welcomed at Harvard.

"...Thank you to Kara-Sue for everything..."

Kara-Sue never turned me away when I had questions about classes, needed advice on being homesick or even just didn't understand how my credit card payments worked. She always showed me love and supported me on my extra curricular endeavors. She was the best proctor I could have asked for and raised the bar for others in my support system.

"...She's the best mentor a student could have..."

I would recommend anyone to work with Kara-Sue as she is very knowledgeable when it comes to young adult coaching. She often offers valuable insights which have helped not just me, but other students she has advised. Furthermore, she is also very kind, funny and easy-going, which, in my opinion, are the best qualities a mentor could have.
